I am not going to look back through the 2000+ post but I'll bet I get at least a 10% actual content and technical. So I bet 200 our of 2000:lol:
cool 5.0, Happy Festivus!
It seems I have ignored this thread for a while. Thanks to everyone who wished me a happy 50th back in August. :thankyou: I appreciate the thought and the ability to apply for an AARP card.

Progress:rolleyes: :headscratch: the date of my next progress update hmm I'm :EmoteClueless:
I have not abandoned this project.
I am not changing direction on this project
I have not run into financial trouble that keeps me from moving forward.
I have not lost motivation to complete my vision of the Ultimate rendition of a Torino and Homage to the hey days of NASCAR and the Ford Sideoiler FE.
Work has kept me living away from home since May. With me in Northern CA and my car and home in Southern CA when I am home there are other priorities that come first before my hobbies so the car has just sat. :bang:
I also missed one of the best Indian Summers of 70+ deg water and solid surf while I have been away.:bang:
I am hoping this work assignment is resolved within the next month (or i become independently wealthy through one of these lotto tickets) and I can get my hobbies back on track including this build.
I can guarantee I will move forward this year but I can also guarantee you will not see any updates on my Torino for the next few months.
Thanks for making my build the most popular Torino on the site:lol:

Good update Rob! Even if it is just a grab bag of excuses...
Very nice invite to Rob, Bob.... (does that sound like a southern name?)
Vegas is right -- it's a bad ass project. I hope I live long enough to see it completed.

Rob, glad your still kicking!! I was about ready to start :poke: you about the car. Then, I figured everyone else would get to it before me... Yep. When you said your in "Northern California" I thought I might be able to give you crap in person. Unfortunately, California doesn't stop at the Bay Area.....:snapout:

I'm texting with him now --- he'd rather play with stereo gear -- which IMHO is far better than the SOUP pictures Sieg texts while his car has needed rear brakes etc for 30 years.... So the text train is plugged with home made soup and Pre amp pictures.... Thank gawd Flashy Thingy hasn't posted any dirty diaper pics.

Crazy Greg, how well you learn to ignore your pocket vibrating. That being said, I want to see some Torino pictures, I don't care what they look like, or how many boxes are stacked on top of her. I WANT SOME PICS!!!

Maybe someday Rob and I will meet, I am 6'7", down to 285.
I think we would look like these guys except in a Torino, with our heads touching the roof.

The FEDS called -- they want these date coded tires back. They have to be newer than 6 years old to run.
