Tony, I sent you a p.m. I remember when we met at the church project and where your car was at that time. You motivated me to not give up on my project, which just moved to my new (and not quite done) shop after sitting for 20+ years. Life has a way of keeping us from fulfilling our dreams, but there are those people that can come along and lift us up so we can have a new perspective on things. You survived some pretty hard knocks, and I would love to share tomorrows moment with you and Jennifer. I'd like to thank the friends that made this moment possible. Selfless giving makes life worth living for all of us.:woot: :D

Tony's Camaro made it to the shop at 6:30. We gave it a quick wash, and shot some pics.....Overall the car doesn't look too bad. It's in all the areas where a lot of people neglect when doing them over, like in the jams back of fenders ect... that needs the most work.

Well guys as you know Karma made it home safe! I want to thank Fred the owner of Concours Transport (http://www.concourstransport.com/frameset.html) for helping me set up the transport with Thomas Sunday Transport. (http://www.sundayautotransport.com/index.htm) Fred came highly recommended but wasn't available to do the job, so he had his good friend of many years...and the only company he fully trusted, Thomas Sunday bring Karma home to us! I can't say enough good things about both companies! Thanks guys and gals! It truely was a great experiance!
The driver's name is Jim, what a great guy! He was always in contact with me and really took great care of our car! He managed to get his 80' truck and trailer into our tight neighborhood...that was VERY nice! He was never in a rush to do anything! The safety of the car and people helping came first! Just a all around great person that loves cars and people and it really showes! Thanks Jim for a job well done! Here's a couple pics of us and his massive truck!

Mike -- I can tell you it might have been fun to watch NOW.... but I was truly concerned for the guys and the car.... So much can go wrong so quickly in those situations. I'm glad I was asked to move my truck -- and by the time I got parked and out - they were doing the "up elevator" on the lift gate. That's my brother in law (Rudy) up there helping, and my sister would kick my short little azzzzzz should I bring him back busted up! :wow: :D But it all worked out.

I wanted to thank Pete, Mario, and all involved that helped get our project back on track! You all are the best! The car looks amazing! We are totally stoked! I love the colors, it's exactly what I wanted! I love the modded stripe too! The whole package works! I was going for a timeless and classy look...I feel we really nailed it!
Also, thanks to everyone that showed up today! We had a good time seeing all of you again...and you can tell from GW's video that we needed everyone that showed up to safely get the car from the truck to the garage! Big thanks guys! :lateral:
I'm still a little in shock that my car is in the garage! It basically hasn't been out there for 3 years! Well, it was home for a couple months in the last 3 years....but you get the idea!

Cris, Basically everything.
I never fabbed up the exhaust or finalized the CAI. All the plumbing needs done. Complete wire job. Interior panels need final fit and covered as well as the rear seat. Nut and bolt the suspension/brakes. The motor needs push rods and a spacer fabbed for the ProCharger...Bob will take care of that! You get the idea! It's your basic roller that all the major parts were fit on the car...with the old frame...and now the dots (systems) need to be connected! Thanks for asking!

The engine mounts are kinda key....and the gauge pod might help keep the gauges off the floor. And the harness bar would help keep my cracker ass in the seat....so yeah I sorta need my parts. :P

Well either your the quickest builder in the industry or you have quite a bit of work to do before it even matters what the gauges say or the runs well enough to even transport your "cracker ass", let alone slide your "cracker ass" out of the seat.
Come on.... CHOP CHOP. DO WORK SON. Oh and were waiting for Pics still. Last I checked you don't need those parts to post pictures in the project section. Once you get those parts installed it may not be allowed in the project section anymore.
