In a 55 Post I built for a buddy - I made a nice spot in the trunk for a cutoff switch and the posts - which was then upholstered over with a nice access panel.




And yes --- before it was finished up and installed for the last time - the red was changed out for a black (so one of each) but at the time of the build I was using what I had laying around for mock up....



















By the way -- With the new electronics all having memory now that needs constant power -- I alway put a 3 or 5 amp fuse across the switch terminals so there's power even with the switch turned off. It's enough to run the memory and obviously not enough to start the car! LOL

Pretty much every OEM has jump start lugs under the hood that can be adapted for a custom installation.
