Default Pete's "Nu Breed" '69 Twin Turbo Convertible Camaro

This is another project we are currently doing right now. Pete sent us his car to us to build him a badass custom turbo kit. While it was here we also installed a full DSE rear suspension. Pete decided to let us finish the car for him and we will be delivering it ready to rock the streets of Miami.

Pete's car came to us with a small dent on the top edge of the driverside front fender. We we're so impressed with the work Jory did on the Red Witch that we decided to send Pete's car over to Jory's Race and Custom, and let him work his magic! While it was there we had him give Pete's paint a "quick tune-up" to fix some spots on the car that weren't up to par with the way this car is turning out!

This car has a 370 inch forged LS1 ready for a heathly dosage of fresh air! We chose to use a pair of Precision ball bearing 67mm turbos on the Camaro with twin 44mm wastegates. We had the turbo kit electro-polished to add to the "sexyness" of this amazing convertible!

The car has a fab 9" with 12" cross-drilled Wilwood brakes.

Pure pornography. Check out the money shot with the Red Witch and Camaro X in the background. That's awesome.

What happened to the fender? Is this not the same car Frank partially finished a few years ago?

That is a sweet ride, love the pic with all three cars in it. Motor and stance on the vert are killer.

Pete is service manager at a Chevy dealer and was keeping it there, covered while gathering funds to finish it. Apparently someone at Petes shop droped something pretty heavy on it, which Pete found when he uncovered it. Pete called me in a panic a year ago about it. I told these guys to just go ahead and handle instead of shipping the car back and forth as it sounded like they were very capable of fixing it.

I will be glad to see it finally done, it has been a long journey for Pete. Kinda sorry we missed Autorama and Year One, but I am sure we will find a nice debut for it.

Turbo system looks great guys, I also like the black core support better then the yellow.

Yes the stance is killer. We channeled the martz chassis into the car to give it a nice stance without killing the suspension geometry
