Default Ricks Hotrod Shop-Unbelievable!

I just wanted to let all of you know the outstanding customer service that I recieved today.

I bought one of the very first tanks that Rick's made using the Aeromotive pumps inside. They call them the stealth series now. It was a work of art, baffled, everything that I needed. Most of you know that I kind of had a change of plans a few months ago on the direction of my project. Well, the tank I had was a standard width and now that I have mini-tubbed my car it is real close to the spring shakles. Rick and Hector to the rescue "send it back and we will narrow it for you no charge" Needless to say I was floored. I ordered this thing over a year ago and I changed my project and they are going to take car of me.

It goes to show you that some people still know what customer service is and how to run a business in an industry that is sometimes questionable at best.

If you need a tank...check Ricks Hotrod shop first, you will not be dissapointed.

Hector and company at Rick's are fantastic to work with. I've had several conversations on the phone with them and they are into cars as much as we are.

If you call them, be sure to mention you're a member here at Lateral-g, as you probably noticed, they help sponsor the website and they want to be involved with our projects.

Hector, Rick and the crew are top notch! I'll recommend them anyday.
