Look into it....Its very nice and one of the best setups I've seen up close and personal. I have not used the tvs system but if you do a search you should find some info.
The TVS springs and bars should be fine. GW arms are nice and you`ll get better bushings and a little more + caster. No real geometry change though so gains there will be very small. I`d suggest either doing some version of the G mod, running our tall ball joints with the GM arms or one of our StreetComp ball joint/adj. upper arm packages. AFX tall spindles would also do the trick very nicely. BTW the more you improve the front suspension geometry the less you need (or want) a huge "bandaid" front swaybar. In our experience (customer cars and our own) QA1 shocks can be a little spotty. We`ve had problems with leaking, bushings and inconsistent adj. settings. For a few more bucks you can upgrade to Alston Varishock QS1 16way adj. shocks. Overall quality is much better and the adj. are very reliable and repeatable. Mark SC&C
We just started selling Hotchkis in December and sold a bunch of TVS set ups. So far everyone has been real happy. We just did a 69 Camaro convertible with the full TVS kit and it was sweet. For the money you cannot beat it. The Hotchkis shock is also very nice, especially for the money on a tight budget. You will spend a couple hundred less then QA1s, but give up the adjustability.
Today, in the shop, I have a 67 Chevelle getting a TVS system and aftermarket upper and lower arms. I am doing a install story and driving test before and after as this was a nice driving rebuilt, urethane bushing car before we dismembered it. I will have the story up in a couple weeks.
