Default Seats

Anyone have these in their car:

If so, how do you like them? Is the headrest detachable? Are they comfortable for a long drive? Where you able to hang your seatbelts without hanging them from the roofline or crossbar? The sidebolstering is fairly stout so I'm not too worried about that.

I love the look of those, and am also planning to get them and re-stitch them with repro '69 Chevelle upholstery.

Yes, the headrest is detatchable and it also rotates from a more upright position to a forward angle. I have only sat in them while on the ground so I couldn't tell you how they are on a long ride. I haven't installed mine yet.

Derek, just an FYI, but you can get them without any upholstry.
80-1000-99L for left hand and 80-1000-99R for right hand. Those are Scat's part numbers. That would save you about $40/each.
