I have never had any problems with Rick's...I have ordered both on-line and via the phone. One of the reasons that I deal with them is because they are extremely knowledgable about the early camaros and they are really nice people. Maybe they were having problems with their on-line order processing system and/or email. You never know, it happens. Call them.

Default Ricks

I love Rick's. I ordered Tuesday, online, and got my order yesterday. I have used them almost exclusively for all my parts. Never had any problems. Have you called?
