While at SEMA I stopped by the Autotwirler (Body Rotisserie) booth since we have one of them in the shop, and I noticed that the Autotwirler folks had switched to a beefier screw thread material, on the body mass balancer portion located at each end of their rotisserie.
(They switched to larger, ACME-type square shouldered thread stock vs. the previous machine screw thread...a definite improvement).
When I asked Missy and Lisa of Autotwirler about retrofitting my older (by about a year and a half) Autotwirler Plus with the improved components, they took my information and sent out a retrofit kit with the improved parts, at no charge. (They certainly did not have to do this, it's not like the previous design was unsafe, or anything like that).
Just wanted to recognize them for doing a great job, and standing behind their product.
