Default Where are you from? What do you do?

We did this quite a while back and it was cool, so lets do it again.

Where are you from? What do you do?

I'm in tropical Southern Minnesota, and during the day I work at a large hospital supporting various electronic/automation systems... I spend the rest of my time chasing my kids and working on a few websites.

How about you?

Vintage aircraft mechanic last 20 yesrs, but as most may have noticed, I have opened up a new speed shop called Musclerodz & Customz. May the next 20 years be at least as good as the last 20.

West side of Indianapolis - 10 blocks from Indianapolis Raceway Park - and 10 miles from Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Grew up here in Indy and practically lived at IMS back in the 70's when they didn't have cookie cutter race cars...

4 years in the airforce as the crew chief and inflight mechanic on a KC135 (Boeing 707) refueling tanker. Been to almost every place americans could go in the early 80's - many places you wouldn't want to go. Spend many months underground on Alert waiting for the horn to sound so we could launch our planes to refuel the B52's with nukes. Went through a ton of car magainzes and sketch pads.....

21 years in aviation working on L1011, 727, 737, 757, 767 and DC10 aircraft. Last 12 years manager of training at a major airline recently exiting bankrupcy - while many are still there. Not much fun in aviation anymore - might be time for a career change and build cars. Currently building the 65 porsche coupe with a c5 drive and suspension.

Married 15 years to a wonderfull and understanding wife who tollerates all my car and woodworking projects and tools, and more tools, and more tools.

Jim

I am in Pigeon Forge, Tn. One of the most beautiful places on earth.
I am a contractor, but also own a countertop shop and am a Realtor.
As far as what I do for a living, as little as possible, it gets in the way of my car playing....lol
I am married to the best wife in the world, Melinda and she doesn't mind my obsession with vehicles, she at least knows where I am and where our money is going.

I was born in Long Beach, CA and have lived in SoCal all my life. I get paid to write stuff down and try not to sound like a complete idiot. Before this gig I managed office equipment dealers over a 27 state territory and did marketing.

I are an magasine editar...

I'm located in Southern New Jersey and am the Marketing Manager for AAW for 3 years now.

Before this I worked for "The Donald" in one of his Atlantic City properties.

In my down-time, I teach aquatics to kids with special needs.

I'm located in the land of maple syrup, UVM hockey and the Green Mountains... good old Vermont.

By day (and occasionally by night) I work as a network administrator.

I have four great kids; ranging in age from 2 to 15.

I love riding, driving, or tinkering with just about anything that has an engine.

I have a great life too!
