But down South we deep fry it to make it a lot worse for you and taste better.

Also on the side we will have Oyster dressing, fried or boiled shrimp . . . Man I am getting hungry

We always have both, but I don't like ham so it's turkey for me.

I suggested Tri Tip, or Prime Rib steaks once, but was shot down.
