Default paint is gettting nicked behind rear tires

My 67 camaro has 44 miles on it after a complete frame off, and the rear lower part of the quarters is getting chipped up already. The tires are in the wheel houses as much as possible. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to prevent this, I really want to drive this car a lot, but at this rate there wont be any paint left. I wonder if other 1st gen camaro owners have seen this?

Thanks Rich

Rich,

That's a common problem with first gens. We use a clear protective film that is virtually invisable when applied with a solution that protects the paint. It can be taken off in seconds since it is not adhesive backed.

Rich, you should be able to get it at any sign shop. I believe its made by 3M.

They come in 3ft x 2ft sheets, cut your template to fit your quarter and just use a little soap and water, sgeege it out and your done.
