Default So what sacrifice's have you made for your car ?

Just like the title says. What sacrifices have you made for your car whether it be to buy that shiny new part or to make more time to finish up something on it. I"ve made many myself to afford the parts I wanted. I saved up 7 months of active duty and ate chow hall food to afford my 21st century subframe. Not to mention all the relationships that have failed due to "the other woman". I know there are others who have made sacrifices so what are yours ?

I towed mine from Alaska to Florida. I have left one of the rooms of my house unfurnished so I can save up for rust repair.

I gave up sleep. I put in major amount of late night hours building websites to pay for my project. Now my wife is talking about moving to a bigger house, she says we need more room. The scarey part is that I agree with her. I'll get this car done someday. lol

I sacrifice the Camaro upgrades to support Scotts web business!!!

In all honestly the biggest sacrifice with my project came from someone else, and I'll always be grateful.

Yep! I won't even consider moving unless I get a bigger 2nd garage.

Building the house (AND GARAGE) first. The car comes later. I figure if I make her happy first then I should be in good shape.

My car has been on hold for the past 3 month because I just finished building a house with a lot more room and much bigger garage.
I'll be moving in next week and I can start working on the car again. Although I have been buying parts and just putting them in storage untill I get the car home to start test fitting all the new parts.
