Default chevy nova???

i have a stock 1964 nova and was wondering what modifications i would have to do to fit 20-22" wheels in the back and 20" in the front. im not sure of the width but i would want enough space to put a pretty wide tire underneath. keeping in mind that the chevy II always had the problem of rubbing in the front. i was thinking that a rack and pinion setup might be good for the front. i know this is a very general question but would appreciate any help. thanks
