Default speaking of auctions and $$$

This was about 5 miles from me last Saturday, I didn't go. I did salivate over the 70 SS.

I am sure there are a few cars in the lineup some of you guys may have considered.

Exactly what I was thinking. Doesn't even have the gauge package option either...

Yes, I read it.
Still, $15.5k for a non-running wrecked clone seems steep.

70 Chevelles are still strong for some reason. I agree that's a lot for a car in that condition that's not a real SS.

My response was mainly to calling it an SS "without the original motor" . It is alot of money for what it is but, considering it also comes with a second whole front clip, some paint and couple of dents in the quarters youd have a real nice car fairly cheap. I agree that if someone is going to fake a 70 SS ( way too many fakes btw) the person definitely should have dash swapped it as well as swap the marker light lenses . Cheers

Watching Bringatrailer.com all the time, I'm not sure what's going on with car prices. I pay attention to E39 BMWs mainly. They're getting insane prices for M5's. It's silly really. I haven't a clue why it's going off like this.
