Syborg sighting
Check it out! I can't believe I came across Syborg like this. Look in the back ground of the pictures of this other really cool car. If this is all one person's collection, they've got good taste.

It's a great looking truck. Always will be in my opinion. Just kind of funny to come across it in the background of an unrelated picture.

Thank you and I small part of me wished I still owned it. But I am happy it has a new home and I know the new owner will drive it at least a little bit.
Funny I just looked at the pictures I posted and I think I have the hood pin prop rod in my warehouse.

I see a red Syclone every day on my way to/from work. Always makes me think of this one, as it's the benchmark Syclone as far as I know.

Thank you and if the Red Syclone you see looks anything like this then it is one of the ten that Marlboro gave away back in the day.
ps this is the one I owned years ago and sold so I could finish Syborg.

Admittedly, I had to do a search to remind myself of the exact details of Syborg. I didn't remember the black on the hood. The pewter and red had me convinced it had to be Syborg before I started looking.
BaT has taught me to look in the background of pictures as there are collectors and consignment brokers selling some cool stuff on a fairly regular basis. The comments section is typically filled with rather knowledgeable people that also do the same thing. What I missed the first time going through the pictures was the 10th Anniversary Firehawk that's in the collection. That's the black and gold TA towards the back. A commenter caught it though. Fairly rare bird.

Looks like the ‘ol girl changed hands again at Barrett Jackson this Saturday. Was very early in the day and went for...wait for it...forty fricken thousand.
