Default 63 nova SS project, with all the goodies

Hay guys since Novas seem to be the topic of the day I thought I might start some pics of the 63 SS we are building to Sell. The plans call for Chris Alston front clip, Chris Alston Canted 4 bar with billet links, and A Ls1 or Ls2 with a sixspeed and a rollcage. We plan to paint it bright orange with black stripes. Budnik wheels or some other fancy wheel with a black center.

Here are some beginnning build up pics. The plan is to sell it in the end or would sell it as a project is some ones wanted it to their taste. Here are some pics from yesterday.

We got it installed in 6 hours, I already like it and the rear is bad ass as well.
i just hope it is as low as I want. I would the top 1" of the 18 " rim to tuck in the fronta nd the rear is lower so no problem. I don't want to cut the front clip to get the desired ride height.

I ordered front and rear 13 inch brake kits today for it.

Default continuing

Well bought a 2000 LS1 with a 4L60 yesterday. I plan to put the paddle shifter in it. We have the main hoop for the cage bent up and the rear clip is in. I might order the 13" fronts and 12" rear next week. Mustang wheels fit perfectly if you remove the inner fender wells from Chris Alston.

Default Alston

new member here. only thing I don't like about Alston, they seem to think there is no market for power rack and pinion. I've got two novas, had to build my own billet CNC mounting bracket , and have custom rack and pinion made. Its trick, Alston had no interest in the design to sell. Try turning pro-touring wheels and tires with the manual rack? Not fun. Nice car.
