These parts have been stored in my garage for about 2 years. Time to let them go cheap. Below is the link directly from Mustangs Unlimited with the correct information and applications.

Centerforce dual friction 11" diaphragm style, for a 1-1/16" 10 spline input shaft . Worked great but I switched to a lightened flywheel and long style clutch, all you need is a new throw out bearing.
