HDC Blackjack Offset Shifter for 1964-1966 Ford Mustang with a Tremec TKO Transmission




The HDC Blackjack Shifter is now available as an option for those converting a 1964-1966 Ford Mustang to a Tremec TKO 5-speed overdrive transmission. The Hurst Blackjack Shifter is a direct bolt-on replacement that achieves perfect shifter handle position with no console or floor modifications required. The shifter body is made from 6061-T6 aluminum, a 4130 heat treated steel shifter stub, Delrin pivot bushing, and grade 8 hardware to provide smooth accurate shifting and that short shift throw you desire. This shifter is built in the USA and backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

HDC's Hydraulic Clutch Conversion Kit takes the hassle out of converting to a modern hydraulic clutch system in a 1964-1966 Ford Mustang when installing a Tremec TKO overdrive transmission. This kit includes the master cylinder with custom mounting bracket and all of the necessary linkage to connect with the factory pedal. A remote fluid reservoir, hydraulic lines and throwout bearing are also included. This kit is built in the USA and backed by a 30-month Limited Warranty.

HDC Transmission Crossmember Kit for 1964-1966 Ford Mustang with a Tremec TKO Transmission




HDC's Crossmember Kit enables those retrofitting a Tremec TKO overdrive transmission into a 1964-1966 Ford Mustang to avoid vibrations caused by misalignment and achieve the proper driveline angle. The welded 3/16” steel crossmember assembly included in this kit is finished in a durable black powder coat and retains parking brake functionality. All necessary installation hardware is included. This kit is built in the USA and backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.

NOTE: In order to achieve the proper driveline angle, the transmission will be placed in a position that makes it necessary to open up the factory tunnel significantly. (See part number 69530001 for recommended tunnel patch kit.)

HDC Tunnel Patch Kit for 1964-1966 Ford Mustang with a Tremec TKO Transmission




HDC now offers a Tunnel Patch Kit for those converting a 1964-1966 Ford Mustang to a Tremec TKO 5-speed overdrive transmission. In order to achieve the proper driveline angle with a TKO, it is necessary to open up the factory Mustang transmission tunnel significantly. This kit includes a custom-fit 18 gauge steel patch panel, a weld-in tunnel brace, and a full scale template that makes the necessary pan cutout quick and easy. When installing HDC’s tunnel patch panel, we recommend the use of an adhesive bonding agent (not included). If desired, the patch panel may also be welded or riveted. This kit is built in the USA and backed by a Lifetime Limited Warranty.
