Default Need some help with heater connection

So found out those nifty adapters sold here http://nostalgicac.com/fittings-hose...-adapters.html. And elsewhere are 45 degree flare. AN fittings are 37 degree.

Has anyone dealt with this before and can advise on what to do or where to get 37 degree adapters ?

You will be fine. Its the age old topic that you can't mix 45 and 37 .... It's all B.S.

I've been doing it for 23 years with no headache or returns. Besides those mushroom adapters are aluminum so they will help conform (smash) when you tighten what ever hose end you end up using.

When you mix the two your lessing the contact surface between the 2 different degrees. Dose'nt mean they wont work. Just make sure your surfaces are good and clean before assembly.

If you feel it wont work I sell extreamaly soft copper conical seals that will conform (crush) the 2 tapered surfaces to full contact.

What Mark is saying is right, the two will work together. Is it Ideal? No. Will it work? Yes.
Here's a link to a type of seal that Mark was referring to, in case you happen to need info on these.
