Default FOR SALE: F-Body T-56 6 spd Trans w/ 30k Miles and McLeod Shifter

Item Location (City/State): North Liberty, IA

Price: see below

Description: see below

I have to sell my recently purchased T-56 six speed transmission - purchased locally from a member on the p-t.com forum. It has 30k miles and was removed from a 2002 Trans Am. It does not include the bellhousing. I have a new in box McLeod shifter that I am including - it's the self centering Quik Stik model. The trans is filled with fresh synthetic fluid and I will include the new yoke. I have other purchases that I need to fund that are a priority at this time, I'll probably end up with a overdrive auto just to keep costs down. I am testing the water with this, I am only asking what I have invested.

TRADE PENDING TO A FORUM MEMBER

Please pm or email with questions: [email protected]

Thanks,
George

Question for you -

What is that black tube coming off the top that heads towards the front? I have that port, but not the black tube on mine.

I've wondered as well......and I do not have a clue! I'm assuming something uses the vacuum.

It's just a Vent tube, nothing special.
