Default Help with new set up.

I ordered the DSE mini tub kit for my 1970 camaro. I have waited three weeks but was told Monday that it is on back order. I called DSE they are waiting on shocks and leaf springs. Well looking at going with a different set up now.

I am not going to road race or drag race this car. It is going to be a driver and cruiser only. I have to mini tub car to fit the wheels and tires I bought for it plus want that look.

I see BMR has this set up http://www.bmrsuspension.com/?page=p...537&superpro=0.

I know this is DSE set up http://www.detroitspeed.com/1970-198...UADRALink.html

I know this is TCI set up http://totalcostinvolved.com/product...ar-suspension/

All three of these set ups are different prices of course. I know the majority of people here have DSE setup. As stated I am not racing this car just going be a driver but do not want to wait for the back order cause have a slot for the car for installation. Is the DSE set up worth the extra money in your opinion or do you think the others would be good enough for what I am going to use this car for? Please also post if anyone has the BMR or TCI rear suspension products and like it. Thanks everyone

The 2nd Gen kit from TCI isn't shipping yet so you won't get any first hand experience.

Check out Chad's 1st gen for a very thorough build thread and accomplishments. Including driving the car 500+ miles to Thunderhill last weekend, placing 2nd in GTV and then driving home.
