GoPro Cameras
I want to buy a GoPro but unsure what model to get. I mainly want to use it for dash cam videos as well as being able to hook it to my bow when hunting. Any suggestions?

Get the Hero 4. Works so good and you can control it from your iPhone

I'd get at least a Hero 3, big change between it and the previous cameras. They all take good video, the newer nicer ones are just easier to run.
I have used a Hero 3 Silver for several years now.
I will caution you this, while the WiFi feature is nice and makes the camera easy to run remotely, it also sucks the battery down quickly. I only use my Wifi to set the camera up now, I start and stop the recording manually by pressing the button. Really helps the battery live longer.

I have a Hero 4 Silver. The WiFi part is awesome, but yes, it does smoke the battery.
What's nice about the Silver version, it has a touch screen on the back that displays what the camera is seeing. With this, I haven't even used the WiFi feature. The only time you'd need that is when you're setting the camera up somewhere that you can't see the back of it. The screen does shut off after about 30 seconds or so, that helps the battery life.
I loved the super compact version, the Session I believe. The only thing I didn't like about it, the battery is built in. On every other GoPro, you can have extra charged batteries waiting. With that one, you have to pull it off and charge it up...and charging can take awhile. So for me, I have two batteries...basically one is in there, the other is on a charger and I just swap them out.

I have a hero 4, and love it. I would advise getting a good external microphone for it. There is a huge difference between the GoPro mic and an external mic.

Thanx, I will check it out. How do you mount it? Looks like it's bigger than the cameras.

Hero 3+ here, and it does everything I need it to. I have to admit the 4K and 2.7 video resolutions sound cool, but 720 and 1080 does everything I need and helps the batter last longer.
Also, be aware that GoPro sells certified refurbished camera's on their website and through ebay. They come with new accessories and a 1 year warranty while saving you a few bucks. Just another option if you can't justify $3-400 on a new camera, like myself, to record AutoX and track runs....
