Default New from Pensacola

Lurking a while so I finally took the plunge. Current driver hotrod is my 70 camaro that's got a long list if goodies like suspension and motor parts. Great car that I abuse every time I get the chance! Gathering parts for my new toy which is a 66 Buick Special 2dr hdtp car. It's like a 66 chevelle without the chevelle price tag! Going to be a distance driver with a 5.3/4L60 and a 3.31 gear. Hoping to have the parts in for the power dusc brake conversion this next week or so and get it ready for the motor swap and paint. Heading to Daytona in a few weeks with the camaro but plan on taking the Buick next year. Hope to get loads more info from the efi and suspension guru's. Thanks for having me, Bill

My Chevelle is old school... It has a belt driven power steering pump.
They're 17's, but I keep em clean!

thanks Scott. We hit Five Flags maybe once every few years if they have the winged sprints or something different. Not much of a roundy-round guy myself. I enjoy road racing and drag racing mostly but as long as it's big horsepower and fun I can tolerate it!

Welcome, Bill. Be sure to share you Buick build as it progresses. Sounds like you're building a great combination. Good luck!

Welcome to Lat-G Bill, nice 2nd Gen. You'll be able to source all you need to make that Buick a super cruiser here.
