Help me out here , what is the real word value of these wheels ? They are 7000+/- new ,plus the Drag Radials are 380 each and brand new , 0 miles ! So that's in the neighborhood of 7500 before shipping or taxes (if any) , am I out of line with the asking price .......opinions ???

What you're up against is ALL of the things about wheels that are "special" -- i.e., someone likes THAT sytle - THAT color - THAT size - With THAT backspace - With THAT bolt pattern - With THAT tire...

Think of it as a pyramid --- and you're at the very top. It might take some time before the buyer matches up with what the seller has to offer. Personally I think your at about half price... but it doesn't matter to me if they were FREE if I can't use them for my project. Give it some time....

Recently sold my Forgelines that were for a late model Mustang (my former GT500). $3500 is a fair price. Be patient. Not only are they specific for a model of car but they are high end wheels that the average Joe can't usually justify the price. Have you posted them on the Camaro5 forum?

Thanks guys , I figured that I was in the ballpark with the asking price , but I do get impatient and have these wheels advertised a lot of places with little feedback . I do realize that they were a custom built and that does narrow the market considerably , I think that I just needed a little reinforcement . And yes , they are advertised on Camaro5 , thanks again !

Ive seen these on Camaro5 and here and PT.com as well. I have a ZL1 with the black wheels, and thought about making an offer. For me they look very similar to what I have already, but you cant beat the Forgeline wheels over all performance/look. I think the 3500 range is perfect..though if you get in a pinch and need to fire sale Also, I think you have very limited feedback on all the sites so that might be turning people off as well...

Good point gnitro , marketing a set of high end wheels with little to no history isn't helping things , and there's always a story behind every situation , which is the case here . The short version is that I'm doing a 69 for this guy and he keeps putting the cart before the horse in segments of this build to take advantage of available "deals" against my better judgment on what works on these cars ....ie 20" wheels . I'm still trying to dissuade him on using 2010+ seats in this 69 ..... but he got the seats for a song and they're leather and like new ...... anyway will keep you in mind if they go "on sale" .Thanks
