Need some computer tuning help

I am need of some help with a flash tune on the computer of my 96 Tahoe, I bought the jet dynamic spectrum tuner and got it all downloaded and in my laptop, but it all looks Chinese to me I need to figure out how to turn off the egr and a few other things, I have already figured out a few things but I don't know yet what I need to know,,,,,,

plain and simple I need some help !
