Default Revved Automotive Concepts is looking to hire

Re-upping the post with some expanded info and shop pics

Now that the new shop is up and running I'm looking for an apprentice/ entry level mechanic to hire. Our 6000 shop is in Pilot Point, TX approx 20 min north of Denton, and 45min north of Dallas just east of beautiful Lake Ray Roberts and north of Aubrey, Texas the center of "Horse Country, USA."

I've got immediate openings for an Entry level/Apprentice and a Intermediate-Journeyman technician.

This is a full time/ heavy part time position. If you are in college I'm willing to work around your schedule if this is a career you are considering for the long term. I'm looking for someone who wants to learn the detailed aspect of building and servicing pro-touring American muscle cars. Look through my webpage www.RevvedAC.com Instagram (Revvedautoconcepts) Facebook (RevvedAC), and posts on Lateral-G to see if you would be a good fit before sending me a resume. We wire cars from scratch, hand build exhaust systems, build engines when need be, fabricate parts, fabricate intercooler systems, wire fuel injection systems, do complete fuel and brake plumbing, have CNC plasma cutting capabilities, and are expanding into sheet metal fabrication ...pretty much everything to build a Pro-touring car from scratch except the paint and body at this point. I am very particular about how these vehicles should be built and am willing to train someone who wants to learn these skills.

For an apprentice, mechanical Aptitude and basic automotive knowledge is a requirement. For an Intermediate/Journeyman you should have a solid understanding of all vehicle systems, solid diagnostic capabilities, be clean in your work habits and environment. Body assembly skills are a big plus, MIG skills are a plus, TIG and metal fabrication skills are a big plus. Being a U.S. Military Veteran is a big plus. Basic machining skills or metal working skills are a big plus. What you don't know, I will teach you as you progress but being on time is a requirement as well as a solid worth ethic and a good attitude to learn. A background check and a drug test will be required before hiring. Travel to car auctions and the SEMA show are a serious possibility for long term employees. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.

Please feel free to ask any me any questions through PM, or email. Please send your resume to [email protected]

I do need to update the shop pics... these were back during setting up the shop but you get the idea.
