That's right! Free shipping on any new (4) wheel order of the RAD series of wheels in 18" and 19". Shipping is via UPS Ground service and is for the lower continental US States. Orders out of the US 48 states will receive a $150.00 line item credit. Standard payment terms and build times apply.
