America needs more kids as well as young adults like this little boy. People seem to have a short attention span and would rather waste valuable brain cells watching reality TV and memorizing sports stats. This country needs to get its **** together. As for this kid, he's definitly an older spirit and has his priorities in order. Semper Fi.

I manage my base Honor Guard. Today I got a call from a lady asking if we'd Present the Colors at a birthday party. I said it's not something we do. Then she said please because it would really mean a lot to the gentleman. I said go on... Then she states that there's a gentleman in a local elderly care center that will be turning 100, he's a WWII Vet, served under Gen. Patton and landed on Utah beach in June.

I felt a chill go through me. All I could say was, "What time does the party start?"
