TPI 350 Complete w/accesories

As the title says came out of an 89 Formula includes ecm and jet performance chip and harness and all accesories ran when pulled out of car but I woulkd suggest rebuild the motor had 144k on it did not smoke though. whats this thing worth. may be interested ina trade what ya got? The motor is located in my shop in Ontario, California

Also havethe dual fan setup and the radiator thisis a mass air flow motor.
