Default Latest on the 68 vert

Hi guys. Haven't posted much here, but I thoguht I'd shoot you all a quick update. Been a busy off-season. The 327 is now a numbers matching 383, dyno'd at 293 RWHP @ 5200 rpm, and 390 ft lb torque at 2200. She's a real stump puller, just like I wanted. New trans is a tko500, which with a 3.08 out back has me cruising 70 mph @ 1900 rpm, and getting 19 mpg doing it.

Put the final touches under the hood last week with an alluminum rad, custom alluminum shroud, and some more braid.

Here she is, hope you like:

The shroud came from Mahaffery motorsports in mayland. you'll find him at http://www.mahaffery.com
He does lotsa race car type tin work, and is a master at welding alluminum. A shroud for a mechanical fan was an odd request, I ended up sending him my factory plastic one and said "make one like this"

I bought them at the same time I bought the radiator, tho I wish I'd taken the time to search out all-blue one, that's what all the others are
