Default Rendering

Here are a few shots of the Rendering that Kris did for me. Let me know what you guys think.

Specs:
67 Camaro
383 SB with Tunnel ram
TKO 5 speed
narrowed 12 bolt with DSE min tub (done by Vince @ Meanstreets PErformance.)
17 x 11, 17 x 8 Budnik shadow ss wheels, 245, 315 tires
DSE Front upper and lowers, spring, sway bar, QA1 shocks.
Trans Am spoiler, Le Sabre mirrors

Future plans call for converting manifold to Fuel Injection.

Freakin saweeet! Nice color combo, the tomato red stripe is a little much for me though. I'd like to see it with either a silver or more subtle red stripe.

With a hinged hood the opening in front of the stacks for the tunnel ram would probally have to be opened up alot to clear that lip on the swing and might lend a little to the unattractive side with the big gap. a lift off would work but a sure PITA

The bright red stripe was kind of a necessary evil. Mike had already painted the engine compartment a bright shade of red, but decided to go with a darker shade on the exterior. We used the pinstripe to tie in the engine compartment color.

Radlark,
I guess that's a problem you run into when so many people are building Camaros. You can only do a Camaro so many ways without getting into some serious spending.

Kris

I'm no designer but I probably would have just done red guts and maybe everyones favorite....red brake calipers to tie in the engine compartment color or repsray the engine compartment the color I wanted it!

Thanks for the honest opinions..it is not everyones cup of tea.

I painted the engine the red color, and it is assembled with all the accesories, and has been run. Didnt want to take it all apart to repaint. Trying tie it together.

I cut a small hole in the hood, just big enough for the stacks. I will have to remove the stacks to open the hood. That way I can keep the hole small.
