Default New to Site, doing 67 firebird and fox body mustang

Hi new guy here, I have been familiar with Fox bodies built for the turns, However I have a 67 Firebird that has changed hands in my family and been in the family for over 15 years ( it is kinda a basket case). I have not been sure what direction I was going to go with it but finding this site I think I have a plan for it. So far I will start with the front suspension and look for a front subframe that will utilize C5 or C6 corvette parts. My plan is to try and do this as cheap as possible, but keeping quality in mind. I think the best way possible to do this is find used parts soo if you read this and have some that you think I might need please message me.

My vision for this project:

Standard Camaro front clip no bumper, smoothed bumper area. (car has no front clip right now)

Motor will be a 400" SBC SB2.2 engine with either a Muncie M20, Super T10, or Tremec tko 5speed trans (I have all 3 trans, sitting right now)

Door handles shaved, rear bumper removed and smoothed out, camaro rear deck spoiler.

Suspension:

Front will be after market front subframe that utilizes C5 or C6 suspension, front mount rack and pinion.

Rear will be leafspring with either a panhard bar or whats link.

Thanks for reading and if you have any advice or tips please post'em ----Brad
