Default Lukovich racing engines, good stuff, good guys?

I'm gonna set up a Chevy 350 for my '70 Camaro and the mighty internet showed me their webpage.

I live quite long ways away from any machine shop, no possibilities for machining without shipping back and forth for lots of $$$ but I do have a place to assemble so I need a finished short block with some good components. This seemed like a good deal. (?)
