I like 18x8s but I have seen 18x9s but you still have to make sure you ahve the right backspacing and you might need to roll or shave the lip. try to find someone that has an 18x9 and see if they will fit but for sure 18x8s no problem.

If you are referring to a 68 camaro or nova, you can do any 8in wide wheel with 4-4.5in BS in front and at least a 9in in rear with 5.25-5.5in BS. I had this combo on my 1971 Nova. 17x8 front and 18x9 rear. I would insert a [IMG]pic, but I don't know how to do it.

Hope this helps.

I am not so worried at the back as i am at the front. I am just gonna get the widest possible for the back and make them fit. What size of tire would i need for a 18x9 up front?? i realize i will have to roll the fender lip for them to work.

mine are 10x18 on the back and i really think they look tiny ... like pizza cutters . I am looking forward to get my 10,5x19 or 10,5x20 Breyton Spirit Black

i think you can easily squeeze 10,5 inch with 275 or even 285 on the back of a 1971 nova depending on how low you want to go.

on the front i have 8,5x18 wanna upgrade to 9,5x18 ...

you know BMW wheels fits great on chevys because of the bolt circle, and depending you choose 3 series or 5/7 series you get all kinds of backspacings and it is easy to find the right rim.

On a camaro go with 18x10 for sure you will fit them. I have seen a few 1st gens with this and it works great just get the back spacing right. Alot of people say that they will stick out but not really to bad at all. As far as the front goes. if you have tubular control arms you can get more off-set like 4 3/4 that should fit. Plus if you need a bit more you can put on wheel spacers to fit. I really dont like doing that but its jsut and idea.
