Body panel replacement tools and help need.

I need help with my 69 camaro build. location southern ca, 91792. I would love to take it to a shop but I just do not have the funds to drop it off and have them do the work. I do have some skills in welding and minor body work, but I need help and/or direction on how to do panel replacement. I have a mig welder and a few body tools. I would like to find someone with tools that I can rent and of course someone with knowledge and experience I can get services from. If you can use a bit of extra money and can help please pm me. I can give more info if you are interested. I also have parts I am willing to trade for services. Engines/Tires/Intakes/ignition/misc sbc hop up parts.
