Default Purchase Miller Diversion 180?

A welding store I was in the other day has one on markdown, something to do with the new one has a different PN so they want to get rid of it so only one number to manage. My question is, at what price do I jump all over it?

Here's the lowest prices you will find on the net for Miler, well there may be others that are lower but you get the idea.

Most dealers are selling at around 12 to 14% margin! at least https where we were when I worked for a miller dealer a few years ago.
