Default Issues with lsx swap combo.

Hey guys, I am having my issues with some of the parts chosen for my lsx swap. First off the car is a 69 camaro. The motor is an ls1 t56 combo. Here are the parts I have chosen are psi harness, LUK gold series clutch, Dynatech headers, dirty dingo mounting plates, energy suspension urethane motor mounts, and the holly lsx swap oil pan. The mechanic helping me with the install has told me that due to the oil pan I have the motor mounts and headers, I talked to my buddy and he told me that all I need to do is get the taller engine frame mounts and this will eleviate the issue at hand. That almost sounds to good to be true I even called summit to see if this was factual and they said there were some difference in the 327 engine frame mount vs the 350 mounts and they confirmed that there were two different frame mounts. I also found this link http://www.pozziracing.com/camaro_engine.htm that suggests the same thing. My buddy said he used all these parts I have except with a 4l60e and I guess the question is are the frame mounts different in height, 327 350? Should this make a difference at all? I ordered the mounts already from summit but I guess I am trying to ease my mind is all really. Thanks in advance guys, if I left out something I apologize, I am a lil frantic and hoping this is just my mechanics unfamiliarity with the some of the parts I chose.

Most builds I have been doing i made my own frame stands. This way you can stick it where everything fits.
It's easy if your guy can weld.

So what's not fitting? Your pan, or your headers?
I'm not sure that the t56 will fit without tunnel mods either?

He said the headers are not fitting and the pan is an issue as-well. these are both issues because of the engine mounts.

"Due to the oil pan I have the motor mounts and headers"

Sorry Man, I couldn't make out what you were trying to say.

There are issues with header and pan clearance due to the mounts.

Check out this link it reveals what a mess someone can get into. In short, a car 40 years old rolls into your garage, everything bolts up and next thing you know the headers drag the ground and your clutch chatters????
