I have New Chase Bays LS Engine Harness with a New C6 Corvette Pedal and E40 Computer....This Kit was made for a 24X Reluctor wheel.

I paid $700 Shipped for the Harness alone and it took 3 months to build

Yes it has a base tune and unlocked, that's a savings of a $150 from a shop
