found these on google search. any idea who makes them ?
thought it was classic instruments but no luck

I would check on speedhut.com they look similar to what's on there. If they are not on there then you can make a set look identical to that.

Pretty sure those are a custom set of Classic Instruments.

They are classic instruments custom velocity gauges. You can read the classic instruments logo just below the odometer on the speedometer gauge. I found this on the classic instruments website. Scroll down the page a little bit and you will see the red 2nd gen camaro they belong in.
