Default I'm so sick of only bad news, RIDETECH has great customer service.

I ordered some cheesy fittings and hose for a project we were doing to retro fit and upgrading the air bag system of this customers car. We got everything set up and figure out we needed some more plastic line and some various fittings. I looked around for a bit and just figured it would be quicker to just order the parts and pay for 2nd day air shipping then to drive all over waiting at the big rig parts stores for some DOT line and fittings.

Well apparently Bret employs humans and someone put 1/4" line in the box instead of 3/8" line we ordered. I called yesterday and told them the screw up and there was no hassle. I did not call Brets cell to give him an earful, I called and talked to the first sales guy that picked up the phone , gave him my invoice number. I told him my quick story and he said he would ship it right out. He asked if I was pressed for time and I said this car was tying up my lift so yeah kinda. So Ridetech spent 118.75 dollars to overnight at 37 dollar part to me. I got them today and I really did not miss a beat.

Thanks Guys.

They really do show a pattern of taking care of things no matter what. Nice to see that.

Ridetech consistently gets high marks and I have had good results with them. I will be proud to sport their parts on my car. Detroit Speed has been helpful to me in the past as well.

That is customer service. As a builder I will go out of my way to deal with a vendor that I know will back up their product like that!

Way to go Ride Tech!
