Found this one on eBay, looks like a good deal, wanted to know if I should consider this.

This doesn't seem like a great deal, if you price the parts out individually (same or equivilents), it's more like they package 950$ worth of parts, into a 1150$ package (100$+ to ship it).

Swap plates and mounts = 100$ (various sources)
Holley Pan = 387$ Amazon
Dougs swap headers = 466$ Amazon
