Not entirely sure, I had a hard time finding a black ptfe hose and the only aeroquip one I heard about was fc807 and it isn't black so I never checked into it.
I installed a couple of these lines today and I really like them. It reminds me of the plastic fuel lines all the new cars have just in a bigger size and easier to use fittings.
I was a little surprised as I didn't realize there was not a layer of rubber between the braid and the teflon but the good thing is it seems like that may be a reason why it bends much nicer.
Fittings install relatively easily, sometimes the braid will bunch up when trying to put the sicket on so you have to take a small screwdriver etc to push it into the socket. The interesting thing on the fittings is that it screws into the hose not the socket, its designed to crush the hose outside ribs against the socket. I can tell you when you are at the end it does get hard to tighten the fitting and you can't pull it off!
I also noticed the hose that pegasus racing sell is the more expensive versions of this hose from what I can tell.
Hopefully I will have the truck running this year so I can give some feedback on the stuff but otherwise thats all I have
