Default Where to get floor seat studs?

For those that don't know, I'm working on a 68 Acadian (basically a Nova). I bought some bucket seat brackets that were cut out from am SS car, but the seat studs are quite rusty. Anyone know where I can get new ones. This is similar to what I need http://www.classicindustries.com/mop...ts/MD2034.html I may be able to get some weldable studs from Grainger, but not sure if the local one can get all the stuff from the website. Here's what they have http://www.grainger.com/Grainger/Weld-Stud-1LAN5 I'm sure McMsater Carr may have something, but from what I've read, they don't deliver to Canada. Any thoughts would be great. Thanks.

To be safe I usually drill out and run 3/8" bolts and go through the floor with a big washer.
