Is that the wheel the Ring Brothers designed?

It is outright gorgeous

They look great but the smallest is a 20"er! Way too big for a 69 Camaro.

Designed in conjunction with Ringbrothers, yes. That is why we named it the "RB3C", aka: Ring Brothers 3 piece Concave.

GRob, you must be thinking about the new Stepped Lip version, RB3C-SL. The RB3C-SL is only available in 20 and 21.

But the wheel pictured in this thread is the standard flat lip version, RB3C. The RB3C is available in 18, 19, 20, and 21. Perfect for a '69 Camaro!!
