I am going to run a 275/35/18 in the front with 6.125" BS on a 9" rim. My current setup running a 245/40/18 with 5" BS on a 8" rim and barely rubs the inner fender on the outside edge as it curves up. If Anvil is not the way to go looking for recommendations. Is it worth modifying the original steel inners instead? Thanks for the help.

Hey Evan - the Anvil inners pretty much line up directly with the factory fender lip. I mean you might gain 1/4" at most due to the shape, so unless I'm reaading your question wrong they aren't going to modify the outer clearance much. But...what they will buy you is inner and upper (as in lower stance) wheel clearance under compression. Also if you nail the BS you shouldn't have much of an issue on the outside. I'm sure the guys running DSE subs will chime in and clarify for you.
Great choice in parts BTW :thumbsup
