Default goodbye sbc , I killed a corvette and took it's heart.

hey guys I screwed up and posted this question in the wrong spot! anyways,I have a 66 chevelle 2d 300 model that I've owned for 24 years and it's my first car. In 1995 I installed a lunati 408 sbc,Edelbrock heads,750 holley 510 lift cam 1"7/8 headers with a super t-10 12 bolt rear and 3.55 gears. this combo has been a reliable 13.0 1/4 mile time. two years ago I installed a tko 600 and ssbc 4 wheel discs. last week I bought an ls-1 from a 01 vette and i'm looking to get the swap started. What are the pitfalls of this transplant? As far as fitment, cooling etc? I see that a lot of you seem to like the ls-6 intake so I might follow the lead on that one. I want to convert to a cable tb too. What should I do for a computer since I don't have one? how about a cam swap what do you guys like? My budget is 3,500 rite now. I plan to install a procharger in the future .
