Default Ignition / Fuel Pump / Starter on Switch Panel Question

Im getting ready to start constructing my center console. For the longest time I thought it would be cool to move the starter from the column to a switch or switches. If it makes sense, I want to provision this ahead of time so I dont have to redo the console later.

First question - Is it that - just cool? Is there any function to it? Maybe this is just considered "pro-tooling" now I dont know. (I just made that up I think).

Second question - I want to use this ARC Model 4000 - it has a relay bank already build for Start/Ignition/#3/#4
So I was thinking Switches set up like this - Start/Ignition/Fuel Pump/????? - What would I put on that 4th button? Stereo? Interior Lights?

Any / all thoughts about this are appreciated?
