Default Billet specialties ?

A buddy of mine is looking at a set of billet specialties wheels. We are going to use a wheel measurement tool to determine the correct size for his 63 nova, but we are unsure where to purchase them from.......... Who is a dealer for billet specialties?? I am looking to share the measurements with someone and confirm we are ordering the correct wheel for his application, so I am also looking for a vendor with good customer support? Wo do you guys recommend?
Thanks!

I purchased my B.S. matte black centered Splines (18x8 and 18x12) and BFG tires from Performance Plus Tire. They were great to work with. The price they originally quoted me on the wheels (which was listed on their web site) was several hundred $ cheaper than any place else. When I called back to place my order they realized their mistake but still honored the misquoted price.
