Default New to this Forum

Hello,

My name is as it says, George. I am a member of Pro-Touring.com forum, Dodgecharger.com forum (when I had my charger), GT40s.com when I planned to buy a car with no space to make it of any use to me, cuda-challenger.com when I owned a 70 Challenger, ferrarichat.com before I decided to go to the GT40s and still own an American car, usmuscle.com for the reason to sell my car only, which I did, mustangtech and mustang MOCCA website in Australia as I PLANNED to buy a mustang.

SO now that this weird introduction of useless information for you all ended, I am pretty much interested in mustangs. I have sold my 68 Dodge Charger to buy myself a Mustang. After thinking long and hard about a 67 Eleanor that I wanted to do, I decided that to me the 1969 Mustang Fastbacks looked just right. They look more aggressive, they retain the chrome and well, they just look like they are made to go hard. Sporty/racy yet muscle (things my Charger lacked).

I owned a 1987 Trans Am 9 years ago that I really enjoyed, but I wanted a muscle looking car, trans am lacked that. My 68 Charger was a muscle car, but, it lacked that fast/sporty look. The 69 Mustang to me fits right in the middle. Smaller cabin space, dash face design etc making it feel more racy/tight, its fast back and curves giving it a sport look, but the mouth on it + chrome bumpers etc giving it a really nice muscle look all in the one package.

SO here I am, looking at buying a 1969 Mustang, which I may have (if things go well) in next few weeks as one has been located just negotiating price.

Other than that, I pretty much dont visit any of those websites anymore that I listed, cant get deleted from them either though I requested to be, which is dumb!

Anyways, Im married, 29 years old and going into ministry work. I am learning classical singing and am a trumpet player (music is part of my life), and hope to have a fun 69 mustang soon. Hope to see all the nice cars around here. May have questions, ideas etc which I would ask you people for since having all these different cars, you would be experienced.

Tried to sign up with G-man as thats my usual user name, but this was the first forum that that name was already taken on. Either way, I think George sounds better considering my future work.

Anyway, you can call me G- if you like, most people do *shrugs*

Bye for now.
George

Update:

I know this is OLD however, most people got to upload a pic of there car when they started the thread. I posted myself as a new member searching for a car and then posted pictures elsewhere. Hope you dont mind the double photos (i selected the ones that to me overall show the car)

So here is my ride

1969 Mach 1

Welcome George, I personally like the 69 Mustang FB the best myself. One of the nicer examples was SW's black one he built and sold. Look up the thread under his username Streetking
